Refund & Cancellation Policy

We Follow No Refund, No Exchange Policy .

All financial transactions made by site visitors are handled by backendtech.in’s payment gateway partner, and we disclaim all liability for any payment errors. Additionally, if the user’s payment was greater than the total number of applications to which he had applied, we have the full right to consider and review the refund case.

If there is a shortfall or excess of payment, we have full authority to review the course preferences as entered by the user. Additionally, in order to provide any information or check the status of your application form’s payment, you must keep track of your Transaction ID and receipt number as provided by the payment gateway.

Any payments made after that point might prevent the company from considering the application as a legitimate entry. No refund will be granted in these circumstances, and our company cannot be held responsible for the same.
